How Do I Access My Control Panel?

To access your Control Panel, perform the following steps:

  1. In your web browser location bar, enter your domain name, followed by /cpanel/ and press ENTER. For example:http://www.mysite.com/cpanel/.
  2. Using your domain name to access the control panel may not work if you have just recently purchased a hosting plan with us, if you have not registered your domain or it has not had time to propigate. In such cases, you'll want to use your IP address instead of a domain name. For example: http://10.110.10.10/cpanel/. Your IP address was provided to you in your activation notice e-mail message. You can also find your IP address using ping. For help finding your IP address, go to How do I find my web site IP address using ping? Either way, you will then be asked to enter your user ID and password we sent to you in your activation notice.
  3. Click OK. You will then see your control panel.
  4. Next, bookmark your control panel. This enables you to get to your control panel quickly and easily. For information about how to bookmark your Control Panel, check the help documentation in your browser.
